Shipping conditions

Ordered products via shalomluxuryleather.com can be sent to all 50 US states and Puerto Rico and Canada, subject to the terms below.

We send articles ordered via www.shalomluxuryleather.com to all Canadian provinces and territories. Currently, we do not send purchases made through Shalom Luxury Leather.

You can track your order online at any moment clicking the option Order Status. You will have to provide your e-mail address and order number. Also, you can track your order by clicking the tracking link sent to your email with your delivery confirmation or calling a customer service representative at (425) 971-5734 (For the USA).

Shipping and delivery

We offer three ways of delivering your order, also including online orders: (1) Standard ground shipping. (2) 2 days delivery air. (3) Next day air saver. (4) Next Day air early AM
Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days.
Orders received for shipping before 12:00 PM EST must be sent that same day; Orders received after 12:00 PM EST must be sent the next business day.

SOME ITEMS CAN BE SENT SEPARATELY

Due to the variable availability of items, several items in a single order can be sent separately. If you have chosen an expedited shipping method, each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipments must not exceed the applicable plain rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be traced on the Order Status page with the same order number.
