How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, click the button that says “track,” then type your order number that was sent to you via e-mail (the same email that you registered with and made the purchase).
If I bought a product in Shalom Luxury Leather with a discount, can I change it?
No, products with discounts are not eligible for changes.
How much time do I have to make a return?
The customer will have the right to retract the purchase and make a return within 30 business days after the date of delivery of the order. The product must be unused and in new condition.
Why if I made a change or return and it was rejected?
Change and returns requests are not accepted if the product does not meet the criteria of our policy:
a. The product must be in optimal condition.
b. The product must not have any traces of being used.
c. The product must not be modified or altered from its original state.
d. The product must be clean.
e. Products that are in promotion are under warranty, but must meet the criteria of our guarantee policy
I did not like the color of the product I received, can I change it?
No changes are made when the reasons are personal tastes, appreciations or misuse by the customer.
I received my shoes, but they were not my size, can I change them?
You must return your purchase to our store www.shalomluxuryleather.com within a period of 30 days, from the date you received your package and we will refund the total price. If the return is made outside this period of time or if the item has been used, is in poor condition, damaged or is not shipped in its original packaging SHALOM LUXURY LEATHER will not accept the return and cannot refund the money equivalent to the purchase. To make this request you must send an e-mail to the e-mail explaining your case.
